Before designs are sent to production, customers are provided with a 2D drawing and have the option to participate in a "Live Review" web conference with our design team. This process ensures customer design satisfaction.

From Concept to Construction
CNC Precision Cut - Once designs are approved, the CAD drawing is converted to a CAM file and precision cut on our CNC router table. This process ensures each skid and panel is manufactured to the customer's specifications.
Chemically Compatible Materials - Products are constructed using chemically compatible materials selected to best suit the customer's application.
- Skid and Containment Materials include: PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PP, PMMA, Lexan, PVDF, PTFE, 316 SS. (Some materials are available in a variety of colors - samples provided upon request.)
- Plumbing Materials include: Sch 80 PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF, 316 SS. Our experienced fabicators are certified in solvent welding ( ASTM D2855, ASME B31.3, A328 2.5) and socket/butt fusion welding ( DVS, ASTM, AWS )
Fabrication Process - Skids are fabricated using tongue and groove channels to ensure strength and squareness of seams. Seams are then extrusion welded to provide a total cohesion of the material. This process minimizes the use of hardware making our skids stronger, corrosion resistant, and leak proof.
Quality Tested - Finished products are hydraulically and electrically tested prior to shipping.

Stick Welds - Welding Process Used by Other Manufacturers
Stick welds only provide cohesion on tangents. Voids created by this welding process compromise the integrity and strength of the joint, and may allow leaks.
Extrusion Welds - Welding Process Used by ESC
Extrusion welds provide a total cohesive bond among ALL materials! This process eliminates voids, and ensures the strength and integrity of our welds.
