This ALL Inclusive Cooling Tower Control System Features Monitoring & Control over Conductivity, pH, PTSA, Temp., dual Corrosion, and dual Coupon Rack.  The Chemical Feed System is integrated post monitoring w/injection manifold (replaceable) & static mixer to ensure the chemistry is blended prior to seeing the metal on the tower.  

Monitor, Control, and Transmit Free Chlorine with a simple Non-Membrane Amperometric Free Chlorine Sensor that will provide big saving in never having to replace the membran cap again.  Additionally, it can work at higher pressure 116 PSI (8 Bar), flow rates, working pH range of 5-10 pH, and can include an inline cleaning cell that keeps the tarnish off the electrode tips for months at a time

This Dual Color Custom Made Panel for Fluid Solutions International consists of monitoring & control of Free Chlorine, pH, Temperature, & Flow in a simple compact panel system for dual chemical feed with safety components (PRV's, PGw/I's, & BPV's) on the pump discharge to aid on protecting the life of the stepper motor chemical feed pumps.


The pump shelves feature a slide compression locking system.  One plate is mounted to the based of the pump, the shelf is welded to the back panel, and our simple slide compression locking system allows the pump to slide off the shelf for ease of maintenance when required.  No fussing with un/remounting the pump with hardware.
